In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Use of sga889's Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own capacity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sga889 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with the responsible gaming standards applied to its Indonesia-market membership base. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be accessing sga889 for personal, recreational purposes only. Using sga889 for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any professional gambling syndicate or arbitrage operation is prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded member on sga889 or any affiliated platform, and you must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument that restricts your participation in online gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of sga889 Services, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one sga889 Account. Registering multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. sga889 reserves the right to verify all registration information against third-party data sources.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. sga889 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify sga889 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and any other contact information up to date. sga889 will use your registered email for all official communications, including withdrawal confirmations, KYC requests, and material updates to these Terms.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your sga889 Account or any balance therein to any other person.

All financial transactions on sga889 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals made through the sga889 platform:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sga889 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sga889 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your IDR Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Typical processing times are immediate to within 5 minutes for e-wallet deposits and up to 15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the operating hours of individual banks.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sga889 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
• sga889 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sga889 accepts no liability.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the details on your sga889 Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by sga889 at its discretion and communicated to Members via the account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to standard bank operating hours in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals requested outside of regular banking hours may be processed on the next available banking day.
• sga889 reserves the right to request completion of KYC verification (Clause 8) before processing any withdrawal request, or at any time during an ongoing investigation.
• Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 6. Withdrawals of deposit funds that have not met the minimum activity requirements may be subject to an administration fee at sga889's discretion.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on sga889. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel lottery) are published in the relevant product sections of sga889.asia and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by sga889. sga889 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or odds pricing errors.
• Odds and Pricing: All published odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. sga889 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors, and any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
• Sports Betting: The sga889 sportsbook covers major international leagues including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League, as well as Indonesian domestic competition including BRI Liga 1. Bandar bola (Asian handicap football markets) and mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple matches) are available. • Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be bet before Bonus funds (and any winnings derived therefrom) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion and are typically expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x). • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from any single Bonus is capped at five times (5x) the original Bonus value or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.
• Seasonal and Event Promotions: Promotions tied to specific cultural or sporting events — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or major football tournaments — are governed by the individual terms published at the time of each promotion and may not be combined with other active offers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sga889 platform. Violation of any of the items below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with sga889's platform in a manner not permitted by sga889 in writing.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using sga889 in connection with the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members to fix outcomes, share cards or game information in real time during live casino play, or otherwise manipulate any game result.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, or accessing any Account other than your own.
• Misusing the sga889 Bonus system as described in Clause 6.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of sga889's underlying technology, security systems, or proprietary software.
• Using sga889's platform in connection with any form of commercial gambling operation, including but not limited to acting as an agent for other bettors or managing bets on behalf of third parties.

sga889 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming. The following KYC procedures may apply to your Account:

• Identity Documents: sga889 may request a copy of your government-issued identity document (KTP for Indonesian residents, or equivalent national ID or passport for other eligible residents) to confirm your identity and age.
• Proof of Payment Method: sga889 may request evidence that a deposit payment method belongs to you — for example, a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your name and account number matching your sga889 registration details.
• Source of Funds: For large withdrawals or where sga889 has reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence, sga889 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to your Account.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on sga889.asia without the express prior written consent of sga889.
• You may not use the sga889 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without written authorisation from sga889.

• sga889 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the sga889 platform, even if sga889 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• sga889 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions to internet connectivity, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or widespread telecommunications failures).
• sga889 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to its platform and accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes sga889's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

sga889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notification to the Member's registered email address.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute instruction from a Member's bank or payment provider.

Upon termination, sga889 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus liabilities) to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances derived exclusively from unmet Bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting sga889 support via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 3 business days.

sga889 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga889 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with sga889's support team shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

It is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of sga889 complies with all laws applicable in their country of residence or access location. sga889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, sga889 will notify Members via their registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. For minor or clarificatory changes, sga889 may update the Terms without advance notice and will reflect the change in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of sga889 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using sga889 and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.
